THIS IS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING PROGRESSION TO CULINARY SKILLS AT THE BRIDGWATER CAMPUS - RETURNING STUDENT 

The course fees support students in developing their culinary skills and confidence through hands-on kitchen experience and industry exposure.

They cover essential ingredients, kitchen supplies, as well as costs for attending food shows, festivals, and other industry events.

A payment of £300 is required to cover these costs and should be paid in full by 03 November 2024, however, you can also pay in two installments of £150 each prior to this deadline.

Students receiving a Learning Support Fund (LSF) may have some or all costs covered by their bursary.
