Bridgwater Campus - Introduction to Culinary SkillsDescriptionTHIS IS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING INTRODUCTION TO CULINARY SKILLS AT THE BRIDGWATER CAMPUS The course fees support students in developing their culinary skills and confidence through hands-on kitchen experience and industry exposure. They cover essential ingredients, kitchen supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE) like chef whites and aprons, as well as costs for attending food shows, festivals, and other industry events. A payment of £350 is required to cover these costs and should be paid in full by 03 November 2024, however, you can also pay in two instalments of £175 each prior to this deadline. Students receiving a Learning Support Fund (LSF) may have some or all costs covered by their bursary.
