Level 3 Sport & Exercise Science students and Level 3 Sports Coaching students are going to Port Elizabeth, South Africa for 16 days (including travel) to volunteer for the "United Through Sport" charity.

The charity looks to educate and inspire children within the deprived township areas. The students will coach football, rugby, netball and hockey in six different primary schools. They will then run and organise a tournament for these children in which students and staff fundraise to be able to provide trophies and lunches for the children.

Alongside coaching, the students will also teach maths and English in the classrooms, further developing their leadership skills. Lastly, they will also have the opportunity to experience some of the African culture.
