Detailed Description
The 999 Academy brings together emergency services and Bridgwater & Taunton College to create a joint service academy with the aim of inspiring young people to become valued and respected members of our community.
As part of this course, students will have sessions delivered by the 999 emergency services working. Services will follow a syllabus with clear aims and objectives of each session. Students will be required to take part in practical activity and visit services headquarters, custody centres and stations.
Students are expected to represent the College throughout the course, therefore, there is a requirement for students to pay a course fee of £20.00 and to purchase the 999 Academy kit, which includes:

The payment of £70.00 (which includes the £20.00 course fee) will need to be paid in full by 19 September 2024.
