THIS IS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING PROGRESSION TO CULINARY SKILLS AT BRIDGWATER COLLEGE 

The course fees support students in developing their culinary skills and confidence through hands-on kitchen experience and industry exposure.

They cover esseential ingredients, kitchen supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE) like chef whites and aprons, as well as costs for attending food shows, festivals and other industry events.

A payment of £350 is required to cover these costs and should be paid in full prior to the course starting in September, however, you can also pay in two instalments of £175 each by this deadline.

Students recieving a Learning Support Fund (LSF) may have some or all costs covered by their bursary.
