Opportunity for students to meet employers from across the cyber sector and gain an understanding of what a cyber career looks like in different national and international organisations.
Detailed Description
We will travel by coach to UWE, where students will participate in a range of informative employer-led sessions where they will learn about careers within cybersecurity. Some of the employers who will be in attendance include, BAE Systems, BT Security, CGI, CrowdStrike, CACI International, Leonardo, St James’s Place, QinetiQ, NHS, Nationwide, Immersive and Hargreaves Lansdown.
There are 12 employers, as listed above, who will deliver sessions 4 times across the day, and students can attend 4 different employer sessions during the day. To manage the number of attendees per session, all students must pre-register to attend their preferred sessions. Pre-registration will come out on 6th January 2026 and close on 14th January 2026. There is also time during the morning break to chat to the other employers if they wish.
Once purchased the trip is non-refundable unless cancelled by the college.
