THIS IS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING A PROGRESSION CERTIFICATE (PROJECT SEARCH) AT MUSGROVE PARK HOSPITAL

The course fees support students in developing employment skills and gaining vocational experience through the provision of essential equipment, materials and personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety gear and uniforms.

They cover the costs of tools and resources for practical training, classroom projects, external work-related experiences, as well as specialised trips and visits including transport costs. These activities enhance teambuilding, independence, social skills and employment readiness.

This fee also covers the cost of applying for an Enhanced DBS check which is required for working in the hospital.

A payment of £156 is required to cover these costs and should be paid in full by 04 December 2024, however, you can also pay in two instalments of £78.00 each prior to this deadline.

Students receiving a Learning Support Fund (LSF) may have some or all costs covered by their bursary.
